AGM

Hey Crew,

Our AGM is this Wednesday (25th March)

7pm Steed Room, UCSA building.

Come join the committee of this epic club which owns a lodge.

Initiation & Foo San

Foo San: 19th March

The deal is: Set menu for $22

    * A starter

    * Lazy susan stacked with loads of different dishes (even veg, for those vegetarians)

    * Dessert 

Cheap as corkage (about $2 for those with the booze!)

I have even heard of maybe a keg making an appearance.

 

Numbers are being confirmed mid week (11 March), so let me know if you want to be on the list!

 

Initiation Weekend: 21st & 22nd March

A bit about the weekend for those unaware.

    * Head up Temple Basin on Saturday morning leaving from the UCSA, returning some time in the evening on Sunday.

    * Do some work in the order of a bit of lodge maintenance, some cleaning, some tower work on the downhill ski tow.

    * Some critters cook up the dinner, (I’ll keep away it this year with the Hot Curry power!) if there are any vegetarians coming let me know cos well have to figure out what to get you.

    * Drinking… Temple loves the goon! [cask wine] (30 standard drinks, pillow, hat, etc…). 

    * Play some drinking games and have a competition for those throughout the lodge for the ones keen.

    * Rage to our music on the D-floor, ezra and rob will cut some shapes!

    * Find some place to crash, etc…

    * Hung

    * Do some work and clean the lodge of the carnage from the night before.

 

What to bring:

1, Polyprops or icebreakers (it may get cold, believe it or not).

2, Beer

3, Some wet weather gear like ski pants and a jacket.

4, Wine

5, A sleeping bag

6, Whiskey

7, Some lounging gear like jeans or whatever and some older for when doing work

7.5, Rum

8, towel and toiletry’s (don’t forget your toothbrush) (we do have running water, flushing toilets)

9, A decent pair of shoes, hiking boots if you have them.

10, Some cash for your drivers petrol ($10~20)

11, Some lunch for Saturday and snacks to null the munchies.

A party/work weekend where we do some work on the ski field for the season and get lift pass tickets for your time; a great weekend to meet the new members and party at 1300 meters.
